On the behalf of The Great Commission Ministry, we give deepest condolences to the Carter's family. Patricia was a faithful member of Morning Star Baptist Church in Catonsville, Maryland.. As an active member of the missionary, Pat faithfully served at Spring Grove Commissary on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. She will be greatly missed by this ministry. Her quiet and meek spirit was an blessing to the ministry. She help create a peaceful environment as we conducted ministry together..
