Obituary of Edward Donald Green
Edward Donald Green, age 88, of Owings Mills, transitioned Wednesday, April 22, 2020.
He was married to Mrs. Rosetta Adams Green for 65 years. Mr. Green retired as the Director of Veterans Affairs in 1988 from the Veterans Administration in Washington, DC.
There will be no funeral service at this time and the cremation will be private.
