She was born on October 19,1955. Mrs. Chappel had been employed as a nursing assistant. She was an extraordinary woman. She was a woman of strong character and high morals who treated everyone with love, dignity, and respect. She had an ability to communicate easily and effectively with everyone which enabled her to establish a rapport with people from all walks of life; that resulted in a group of loyal friends. She had a smile that lit up the room and her hug warmed your heart. She never left without an embrace and saying the words, "I love you." Mrs. Chappel's family celebrated her life privately.
