Mrs. Carol Virginia Cowling, age 71, of Glen Burnie, transitioned Sunday, March 22, 2020 at home. Mrs. Cowling was born October 17, 1948 in Baltimore, MD. She was married to the late Livingston T. Cowling, Sr.
She was an Elementary School Teacher with the Baltimore County Public School System.
A PRIVATE family viewing will be held for Mrs. Cowling Friday, April 3, 2020 at Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD (21133).
A PRIVATE Graveside Service will take place at Maryland National Cemetery in Laurel Friday, April 3, 2020 at 12:30 p.m.
