Mr. Ruthard Frederick Sykes, Jr., age 76, of Windsor Mill, transitioned Friday, February 28, 2020 in Baltimore, MD. Mr. Sykes, Jr. was born August 25, 1943 in New York, NY. He was married to Mrs. Darlene S. Sykes. Mr. Sykes served in the United States Marine Corps from August 1963 until August 1967 and was a Bus Operator for the Mass Transit Administration. Calling hours will be Sunday, March 8, 2020 from 2:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD (21133). The Homegoing Celebration for Mr. Sykes, Jr. will be held Monday, March 9, 2020 in the Chapel of Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD (21133), where the family will receive friends from 10:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. with services to follow. The interment will take place at Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery in Ownings Mills Monday, March 9, 2020 at 1:45 p.m.
