Obituary of Oliver Hill, Jr.

Oliver Hill, Jr., age 83, of Gwynn Oak, transitioned Tuesday, February 25, 2020 in Brookdale Assisted Living in Pikesville, MD. Mr. Hill, Jr. was born September 8, 1936 in Calhoun, South Carolina. He served in the United States Army from March 1956 until March 1959 and was a Foreman in the Steel Mill. Calling hours will be Monday, March 2, 2020 from 4:30 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD (21133). The Celebration of Life Service for Mr. Hill, Jr. will be held Tuesday, March 3, 2020 at First Christian Community Baptist Church, 4116 Groveland Avenue, Baltimore, MD (21215), where the family will receive friends from 11:30 a.m. until 12 noon with services to follow. The interment will take place at Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery in Owings Mills Tuesday, March 3, 2020 at 2:30 p.m.
