On Saturday March 7th, A homegoing service for Mr. Witherspoon will be held at the Vaughn Greene Randallstown Chapel, where the family will receive friends from 10:00AM – 10:30AM. The interment will take place at Arbutus Memorial Park, Arbutus on Saturday, March 7th at 1:00 pm. following services.
