Mr. Timothy Tilghman, age 72, of Baltimore, transitioned Sunday, February 16, 2020 at Patapsco Valley Nursing Home in Randallstown, MD. Mr. Tilghman was born June 9, 1947 in Deal Island, MD. A Memorial Service for Mr. Tilghman will be held Wednesday, February 26, 2020 in the Chapel of Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD (21133), where the family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. until 2:30 p.m. with services to follow.
