Mrs. Esther Chase Smith, age 91, of Baltimore, transitioned Tuesday, February 11, 2020 at Gilchrist Hospice Center in Towson, MD. Mrs. Smith was born January 9, 1929 in Westminster, MD. She was a Teacher. Calling hours will be Monday, February 17, 2020 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD (21133). The Homegoing Celebration for Mrs. Smith will be held Tuesday, February 18, 2020 at Cherry Hill United Methodist Church, 3225 Roundtop Road, Baltimore, MD (21225), where the family will receive friends from 10:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. with services to follow. The interment will take place at Mt. Zion Cemetery Tuesday, February 18, 2020 immediately following services.
