Mrs. Rouse was born October 26, 1927 in Rocky Point, North Carolina. She was a Factory Worker at American Canning Company. Calling hours will be Wednesday, February 12, 2020 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD (21133). The interment will take place at Church of God By Faith Cemetery, 199 Clavon Street, Lynchburg, South Carolina (29150) on Saturday, February 15, 2020.
