On Tuesday, February 11, 2020, Services for, Mrs. Toulson will be held 10:30 am on at St. James Episcopal Church, 801 Arlington Ave, Baltimore City, MD with the family hour beginning at 10:00am. The interment will take place at Crownsville Veterans Cemetery, Crownsville on Tuesday, February 11 at 2:30 pm. following services.
