Obituary of Joan Ruby Belford

Joan Ruby Belford, age 84, of Baltimore entered into eternal rest on Thursday, January 23, 2020. A life-long resident of Baltimore, Mrs. Belford was born on February 28, 1935. Prior to retirement, Mrs. Belford was employed as a nursing assistant. The celebration of her life will be 11:00 AM, Monday, February 3, 2020 at Vaughn Greene Funeral Services - East Chapel, 4905 York Road, Baltimore, MD (21212). Friends will be received at 10:00 AM until time of services. The burial will take place immediately following the services.
