Mrs. Carrie Beatrice Manuel-Wiley, age 85, of Gwynn Oak, transitioned Monday, January 20, 2020 in Baltimore, MD. Mrs. Manuel-Wiley was born March 3, 1934 in Lake City, South Carolina. She was an Administrator with the Archdioceses of Baltimore. Calling hours will be Monday, January 27, 2020 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD (21133). The Homegoing Celebration for Mrs. Manuel-Wiley will be held Tuesday, January 28, 2020 at Mt. Moriah Baptist Church, 2201 Garrison Boulevard, Baltimore, MD (21216), where the family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. with services to follow. The interment will take place at Restlawn Cemetery in Lake City, South Carolina (date is pending).
