DiGRAZIA, Michael P., 60, of Reisterstown, born October 13, 1959, departed this life on January 18, 2020. Mike was preceded in death by his parents, John and Liane DiGrazia. He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Kathleen Joyce DiGrazia; children, Michael P. DiGrazia (Rachel), John T. DiGrazia, Anthony S. DiGrazia and Angela K. DiGrazia; siblings, Christina D. Nibali of Baltimore, MD. (Philip), John M. DiGrazia of Midlothian, VA. (Janice) and Anita D. Philp of Mechansville, VA. (Mark); sisters-in-law, Deborah R. Tillotson of Washington Crossing, DE. (Dan), Cheryl L. Rocco of Reisterstown, MD. (Jim Hawkins) and Jacque Strohmer of Mt. Airy, MD. (Vince); mother-in-law Joyce A. Blake of Reisterstown, MD.; an extended family of countless cousins, nieces, nephews and beloved friends; and his cherished German shepherd, Bodie. Mike was a graduate of Aberdeen High School (1977), later graduating from University of Maryland Baltimore County with a double major in History and Political Science (1982). After working jobs as a bartender and mechanic, he settled into a job with the federal government, working as a computer scientist for the Social Security Administration in Woodlawn, MD. for 36 years. Mike’s greatest joys in life included family beach vacations, playing guitar, gardening, family picnics, being the life of the party, fixing almost anything, helping others and sharing his knowledge. Family will receive friends from 3:00 to 4 p.m. Saturday January 25, at Mt. Olive United Methodist Church, 5115 Old Court Rd., Randallstown, MD. The funeral service will be held at 4 p.m. directly following the visitation. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that you consider making a donation in memory of Mike to Mt. Olive United Methodist Church or the Outer Banks Surfrider Foundation.
