The Celebration of Life Service for Mr. Smith will be held on Thursday, January 23, 2020, in the Chapel of Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD (21133) where the family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. with services to follow. The interment will take place at Maryland National Cemetery, Laurel, MD immediately following services.
