On Monday, January 13, 2020, Services for, Mr. Rooks will be held 12:30 pm at Vaughn C. Greene West Chapel, 5151 Baltimore National Pike, Baltimore , MD with the family hour beginning at 12:00PM.
The inurnment will take place at, Garrison Forest Cemetery following services.
