On Saturday, January 11, 2020, services for Mr. Toyer will be held at Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 4905 York Road, Baltimore, MD 21212, where the family will receive friends from 10:00 – 10:30AM with services to follow.
The interment will take place on a later date at Garrison Forest Veteran Cemetery, 11501 Garrison Forest Road, Owings Mills, MD 21117.
