She was a Teacher's Aide at Milford Mill Academy. A viewing will be held Friday, January 17, 2020 where the family will receive friends from 4:30 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD (21133). The Homegoing Celebration for Mrs. Best will be held Saturday, January 18, 2020 at Dream Life Worship Center, 4111 Deer Park Road, Randallstown, MD ((21133), where the family will receive friends from 10:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. with services to follow. The interment will take place at King Memorial Park Saturday, January 18, 2020 immediately following services.
