Mr. D'Marques Xaiver Fisher, age 31, of Owings Mills, transitioned Friday, December 27, 2019 in Carroll County General Hospital in Westminster, MD. Mr. Fisher was born August 6, 1988 in New Bern, North Carolina. Calling hours will be Monday, January 6, 2020 from 4:30 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD (21133). The Celebration of Life Service for Mr. Fisher will be held Tuesday, January 7, 2020 Faith Christian Fellowship, 9306 Winands Road, Owings Mills, MD (21117), where the family will receive friends from 10:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. with services to follow. The interment will take place at King Memorial Park in Windsor Mill Tuesday, January 7, 2020 immediately following services.
