The Celebration of Life Service for Mr. Paul will be held on Monday, December 30, 2019, in the Chapel of Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD (21133) where the family will receive friends from 10:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. with services to follow. The interment will take place at Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery immediately following service.
