On Monday, December 16, 2019, friends may visit Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 4905 York Road, Baltimore, MD 21212, from 4:00 – 8:00PM. On Tuesday, December 17, 2019, services for Mrs. McGinnis will be held at Friendship Baptist Church, 6000 Loch Raven Boulevard, Baltimore, MD 21239, where the family will receive friends from 11:00 - 11:30AM with services to follow.
The interment will take place at Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery, 11501 Garrison Forest Road, Owings Mills, MD 21117 immediately following services.
