On Monday, December 9, 2019, friends may visit Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 4905 York Road, Baltimore, MD 21212, from 4:00 – 8:00PM. On Tuesday, December 10, 2019, services for Mr. Blackman will be held at Victorious Ministries, 4617 York Road, Baltimore, MD 21212, where the family will receive friends from 10:00 – 10:30AM with services to follow.
The interment will take place at Garrison Forest Veteran Cemetery, 11501 Garrison Forest Road, Owings Mills, MD 21117, immediately following services.
