Mr. Joseph Foster, Jr. age 80, of Gwynn Oak, transitioned Monday, December 2, 2019 in Seasons Hospice Northwest of Randallstown, MD. Mr. Foster was born March 3, 1939 in Baltimore, MD. The Celebration of life for Mr. Foster will be held Friday, December 13, 2019 at Knox Presbyterian Church, 1300 N. Eden Street, Baltimore, MD 21213, where the family will receive friends from 10:30am until 11:00am with services to follow. The interment TBD.
