On Saturday, November 30, 2019, services for Ms. Richardson will be held at 1st Emmanuel Baptist Church, 2209 Park Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21217, where the family will receive friends from 10:30 – 11:00AM with services to follow. The interment will take place at Woodlawn Cemetery, 2130 Woodlawn Drive, Baltimore, MD 21207, immediately following services.
