The Homegoing Service for Mr. Pelham, Jr. will be held Tuesday, November 19, 2019 at Rising Zion Baptist Church, 2300 Llewelyn Avenue, Baltimore, MD (21213), where the family will receive friends from 10:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. with services to follow. The interment will be held at King Memorial Park immediately following services.
