The Homegoing Celebration for Mr. Mosley will be held Friday, November 15, 2019, at 1st Church of the Brethren, 4500 Liberty Heights Avenue, Baltimore, MD (21207), where the family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. with services to follow. The interment will take place at Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery in Owings Mills Tuesday, November 19, 2019 at 10:45 a.m.
