The Celebration of Life Service for Mrs. Spriggs will be held on Saturday, November 23, 2019, at St. John Alpha & Omega Pentecostal Church, 1950 W. North Avenue, Baltimore, MD (21217) where the family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. with services to follow. The interment will take place at Loudon Park on Saturday, November 23 at 1:00 p.m.
