Mrs. Royster was born October 11, 1936 in Baltimore, MD. She was an Office Clerk with the U.S. Federal Government. The Homegoing Celebration for Mrs. Royster will be held Saturday, November 9, 2019, in the Chapel of Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD (21133), where the family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. until 2:30 p.m. with services to follow. The interment will take place at Woodlawn Cemetery Saturday, November 9, 2019 immediately following services.
