Ms. Donna Elise Tynes, age 54, of Baltimore, transitioned Monday, October 28, 2019 at home. Ms. Tynes was born May 22, 1965 in Baltimore, MD. She was an Educator with the Howard County Public School System. Calling hours will be Tuesday, November 5, 2019 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD (21133). The Homegoing Service for Ms. Tynes will be held Wednesday, November 6, 2019 at Waters AME Church, 417 N. Aisquith Street, Baltimore, MD (21202), where the family will receive friends from 10:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. with services to follow. The interment will take place at Druid Ridge Cemetery in Pikesville Wednesday, November 6, 2019 immediately following services.
