On Wednesday, October 30, 2019, Services for, Mr. Parker will be held 10:30 am at Vaughn C. Greene West Chapel, 5151 Baltimore National Pike, Baltimore , MD with the family hour beginning at 10:00am.
The interment will take place at Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery, Owings Mills, MD on Wednesday, October 30 at 1:45 pm. following services.
