Calling hours will be Monday, October 28, 2019 from 4:30 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD (21133). The Celebration of Life Service for Mrs. Sands will be held on Tuesday, October 29, 2019, at Colonial Baptist Church, 9411 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD (21133) where the family will receive friends from 10:00a.m. until 10:30 a.m. with services to follow. The interment will take place at King Memorial Park immediately following services.
