Mrs. Iristene Joyce Thompson, age 96, of Baltimore, transitioned Wednesday, October 16, 2019 at Sinai Hospital in Baltimore, MD. Mrs. Thompson was born June 6, 1923 in Potecasi, North Carolina.
She was a Buyer in the Retail Industry.
Calling hours will be Monday, October 28, 2019 from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m. at Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD (21133).
The Homegoing Celebration for Ms. Thompson will be held Tuesday, October 29, 2019 at Israel Baptist Church, 1220 N. Washington St. @ E. Preston St., Baltimore, MD (21213), where the family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. with services to follow.
The interment will take place at Woodlawn Cemetery Tuesday, October 29, 2019 immediately following services.
