He was the devoted husband of Mrs. Barbara L. Simmons. Calling hours will be Friday, October 18, 2019 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, Randallstown Chapel, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD (21133). The Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, October 19, 2019, at Carter Memorial Church Of God In Christ, 13 S. Poppleton Street, Baltimore, MD (21201) where the family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. with services to follow. The interment will take place at Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery Monday, October 21, 2019 at 10:45 a.m.
