Mr. Andy Luico Heggins, Sr, age 88, of Baltimore, transitioned Wednesday, October 3, 2019. Mr. Heggins was born May 12, 1931 Rowan County, North Carolina. Calling hours will be Thursday, October 10, 2019 from 4:30 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD (21133). The Celebration of Life Service for Mr. Heggins will be held on Friday, October 11, 2019, at New St. Mark Baptist Church, 3905 Springdale Avenue, Baltimore, MD (21207) where the family will receive friends from 10:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. with services to follow. The interment will take place at Druid Ridge immediately following services. services.
