On Saturday, September 28, 2019, Services for, Mr. Matthews will be held 10:30 am at Vaughn C. Greene Wildwood Chapel, 4101 Edmondson Ave, Baltimore , MD with the family time beginning at 10:00am. The interment will take place at Mount Zion Cemetery, Baltimore, MD on Saturday, September 28th at 12:30PM following services.
