Mrs. Ella Lou Howard, age 81, of Hanover, transitioned Tuesday, September 10, 2019.
Mrs. Howard was born January 25, 1938 in Baltimore, MD.
She was the devoted wife Mr. Ivory Howard.
Calling hours will be Tuesday, September 24, 2019 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD (21133).
The Celebration of life for Mrs. Howard will be held on Wednesday, September 25, 2019, at Bible Way Church, 1100 New Jersey Avenue N.W., Washington, DC (20001) where the family will receive friends from 10:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. with services to follow.
The interment will take place at Woodlawn Cemetery, Woodlawn, MD immediately following services.
