A Memorial Service for Mr. Steele, Sr. will be held Saturday, September 21, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at the Kingdom Hall Of Jehovah's Witnesses, 713 Cabin Branch Lane, Linthicum Heights, MD (21090).
