He was the devoted husband of Mrs. Gloria Elaine Robinson.
The Homegoing Celebration for Mr. Rawls will be held on Saturday, September 21, 2019, at Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, Randallstown Chapel, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD (21133) at 10:00 a.m.
The interment will take place at Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery on Friday, September 27, 2019 at 1:45 p.m.
