Ms. Melinda Priscilla Livingston, age 69, of Gwynn Oak, transitioned Saturday, September 7, 2019 in Sinai Hospital in Baltimore, MD. Ms. Livingston was born September 7, 1950 in Baltimore, MD.
She was the Chief of Staff with the Department of Treasury.
Calling hours will be Sunday, September 15, 2019 from 2:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD (21133).
The Homegoing Celebration for Ms. Livingston will be held Monday, September 16, 2019 at New Psalmist Baptist Church, 6020 Marian Drive, Baltimore, MD (21215), where the family will receive friends from 10:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. with services to follow.
The interment will be held in Caret Virginia Tuesday, September 17, 2019 at 12 Noon.
