Mattie Louise Carter, 87, of Baltimore entered into eternal rest on September 5, 2019. Mrs. Carter was born in Hopewell, VA on May 9, 1932. Prior to retirement, Mrs. Carter was employed as a Case Worker for Baltimore City Board of Social Services.
Home going services will be held 10:30 AM, Friday, September 13, 2019 at Mt. Zion Hill Baptist Church, 4800 Harford Road, Baltimore (21214). The wake will begin at 10:00 AM. The burial will take place in Druid Ridge Cemetery.
