She was a Customer Service Representative in the Retail Industry.
Calling hours will be Friday, September 6, 2019 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD (21133).
A Memorial Service for Mrs. Westley will be held Saturday, September 7, 2019 at 5:00 p.m. at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 5624 Old Court Road, Baltimore, MD (21244).
The Interment will be private.
