Mrs. Bernice Quarles, age 88, of Windsor Mill, transitioned Thursday, August 15, 2019 at Northwest Hospital in Randallstown, MD. Mrs. Quarles was born September 17, 1930 in Baltimore, MD. She was a Secretary with the Federal Government. Calling hours will be Sunday, August 25, 2019 from 2:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD (21133). The Homegoing Celebration for Mrs. Quarles will be held Monday, August 26, 2019 in the Chapel of Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD (21133), where the family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. with services to follow. The interment will take place at Arbutus Memorial Park Monday, August 26, 2019 immediately following services.
