Mr. Swan was born October 5, 1966 in Montclair, NJ.
He was the devoted husband of Mrs. Anna L. Swan.
The Homegoing Celebration for Mr. Swan will be held Thursday, August 22, 2019, at Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, Randallstown Chapel, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD (21133) at 10:00 a.m.
The interment will take place at Druid Ridge, Pikesville, MD immediately following services.
