On Thursday, August 15, 2019, services for Mr. Key will be held at Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 4905 York Road, Baltimore, MD 21212, where the family will receive friends from 11:00 – 12:00Noon with services to follow. The interment will take place at Garrison Forest Veteran Cemetery, 11501 Garrison Forest Road, Owings Mills, MD 21117, immediately following services.
