Mr. Samuel McNeill, Sr., age 78, of Woodstock, transitioned Sunday, August 4, 2019 at Seasons Hospice Northwest in Randallstown, MD. Mr. McNeill, Sr. was born August 17, 1940 in Harlem, New York. He married Mrs. Joyce A. McNeill. Calling hours will be Sunday, August 11, 2019 from 2:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD (21133). The Homegoing Service for Mr. McNeill, Sr. will be held Monday, August 12, 2019 at New Antioch Baptist Church, 5609 Old Court Road, Windsor Mill, MD (21244), where the family will receive friends from 10:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. with services to follow. The interment will take place at King Memorial Park Monday, August 12, 2019 at 1:45 p.m.
