The Homegoing Celebration for Mr. Harris will be held on Saturday, August 10, 2019 at New Rehoboth Baptist, 6318 Windsor Mill Road, Windsor Mill, MD (21207) at 10:00 a.m. The interment will take place at King Memorial Park, Windsor Mill, MD immediately following services.
