Our deepest condolences to all the love ones of the dearly departed. The words found at 2 Corinthians chapter 1 verses 3 and 4 were especially comforting to our family during the loss of our parents and dear loved ones. It says, "Praised be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of tender mercies and God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our trials so that we may be able to comfort others in any sort of trial with comfort that we receive from God." May these words strengthen you too.

My heartfelt condolences are extended to the family of Dana Thomas. May you always cherish the precious memories of your dear loved one, and may you rely on our great God Jehovah for comfort, strength and support during this difficult time and in the days ahead. (2 Corinthians 1:3, 4) It is so reassuring to know that there truly is a resurrection hope for our dead loved ones who have fallen asleep in death. (John 5:28-29). My thoughts and prayers are with the family. Further comforting scriptures can be found on the website jw.org.

My Cousin Dana had an incredible heart filled with kindness and compassion. He kept our family laughing. I will always especially cherish the way he always checked on my parents. He routinely wanted to know how was his "Aunt Wendy & Uncly Punchy" I will always cherish the special moments when as kids our grandfather and uncles took the two of us to see the Colts play at the old Memorial Stadium. We had a blast watching the game making noise and eating Daddy's fried chicken and crabcakes (we always snuck in our own food)! This helped Dana become a great athlete and me a good cook - LOL... Dana adored his family and we all loved him. He kept our "Jamaican Connection" alive! I will miss his amazing jerk chicken and free spirit!
We were surprised by his sudden transistion, but we know that God is never surprised and He had already prepared heaven and earth! I salute my cousin on being an awesome father, friend, and person! We shall meet you again at the Master's feet! Until than Rest in HIM!
