He is the son of Charles W. and Mary (Smallwood) James. He married Janet James. On Monday, April 15, 2024, Friends may visit Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, from 4:00 – 7:00PM. On Tuesday, April 16, 2024, services for Mr. James will be held at Zion Baptist Church, 5701 York Road, Baltimore, MD 21212, where the family will receive friends from 10:30 - 11:00AM with services to follow. The interment will take place at Garrison Forest Veteran Cemetery, 11501 Garrison Forest Road, Owings Mills, MD 21117, immediately following services.
