On Thursday, March 7, 2024, a homegoing celebration for Ms. Ethel Jackson will be held at Southern Baptist Church, 1701 N. Chester Street Baltimore, MD 21213 where the family will receive friends from 10:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. with services to follow. Immediately following services, the Interment will be held at Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery.
