Joan Carolyn Parker entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, January 30, 2024. Before retirement, Mrs. Parker had been as a Medicare Insurance Supervisor. She will be missed by her family. Funeral services will be held 11:00 am, Thursday, February 8, 2024, in the chapel at Vaughn Greene Funeral Services - East, 4905 York Road, Baltimore, MD 21212. The family will recieve friends beginning at 10:30 am until the time of the services. The burial will take place 11:30 am, Wednesday, February 28, 2024, in Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery, Owings Mills, MD.
